Whether you are looking for a way to root deeper and expand your current practice, or just want to try meditation for the first time, The Healing Community provides you with a safe space to join guided meditations and restorative yoga in a community atmosphere, to experience greater healing and connections.
Guided Meditations: Experience THC's 20 + 30 minute healing and mindfulness meditations. Each class is an invitation to journey deep into your heart so you can remember who you truly are, release what no longer serves you and step back into your life empowered and free. Each time you drop into a meditation, you will develop powerful tools of self -awareness and skills for managing stressful situations. Through practicing meditation, mental clarity, patience, and compassion will start to become second nature.
Mindful Flow: THC is all about building a self-healing community, and even through this physical practice, the intention is to bring the same depth of mindfulness and presence as one would during one of our meditation classes. We refer to our THC yoga practices as "Healing in Motion". We believe it is so important to practice mindfulness with our eyes open, the same way we do in our everyday lives.
